Personality Is The Combination Of Intellectual Qualities...

Personality is the combination of intellectual qualities or characteristics that form an individual s character. There are a total sixteen different personalities that are composed of four dichotomies; Extraversion and Introversion, Sensing and Intuition, Thinking and Feeling, Judging and Perceiving. Each personality type is defined as a four letter acronym for each of the for different pairs. Each personality type yields information based on how the person thinks, feels, and behaves. After taking the personality test, I discovered my personality type is INTP. INTP stands for Introversion, iNtuition, Thinking, and Perceiving. Introverts are people who don’t ignite well in social situations, although they may not have a problem socializing at a party, they prefer not to. Introverts also are not fond of talking much either. We do not like small talk, but if you get them talking about a topic of interest you won’t be able to get them to stop. Intuitive people take time to practice solitude. They enjoy a lot of down time to perceive the world and engage in deep inner thought. These kind of people enjoy the act of meditation, a way to filter out mental chatter and ultimately make a clear thoughtful decision that they can live with. People who acquire the thinking trait in their personality are more likely to make decisions based on facts rather than emotion. They process information with their heads more rather than their hearts.
